Original one-of-a-kind watercolor paintings by California-based artist, Monique Tiffer. Each painting starts off with a pencil sketch, then builds layers and layers of watercolor. Then, most paintings will completed with fine pen details to give it the final polished look. Each painting is very special and has little bit of magic put into it.
