Shipping and Return Policies
Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-3 days.
Shipping Orders
Once an order is shipped, it could take 5-7 business days for you to receive your order. All items are shipped from Pleasant Hill, CA via USPS First-Class Mail. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays. Once an order is completed you receive a shipping notification email, along with tracking info. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to be updated.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Cancellations are not accepted after the order ships. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact me immediately at info@motifsartstudio.com.
Returns and Exchanges
If you're unsatisfied with you order, items may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Item(s) must be in its original packaging and undamaged. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us at info@motifsartstudio.com within 5 days of receiving the order. From initial point of contact, the item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days. A full refund will be issued once item(s) has been received by Motif's Art Studio. Refunds may take 8-10 business days to reflect in your account. Motif's Art Studio is not responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
