Custom interior rendering. I use digital art to create any interior rendering you'd like.
This is great to use if you're an interior designer and would like to provide a visual rendering of your design to your customer.
Everything can be customized within the one room. (Wall color, light fixtures, furniture, seating, flooring.) If you'd like a different version of the same drawing/perspective view, you can purchase more than one "version". This can include different fabrics, flooring, fixtures, etc. If you'd like a completely different perspective view, you will have to place a new order.
---WHAT YOU PROVIDE---
- All materials must already be selected
- Photos of your material samples
- Names of all materials
- Timely responses through Etsy messages during the whole process
- Written agreement to the terms in this listing.
---PROCESS---
What you will receive during the process:
- 1 Rough pencil sketch of the perspective
- 1 Proof of sketch with furniture sizing and placement
- 1 Proof of watercolor drawing (only minimal color changes may be made at this point)
- High resolution digital file in jpeg. format
(Please note, the rendering is a digital file and nothing will be shipped.)

Turnaround time is 5-7 days.

With custom orders, all sales are final.
